I placed an order worth over ₺400 from Starbucks via Yemeksepeti. One of the items I always enjoy—the Berry Hibiscus—was completely off this time. It tasted carbonated and overly acidic, burning my tongue. I know this drink well and have it often. What I received was nothing like it should be—it seemed spoiled and was not consumable. I immediately contacted Yemeksepeti to report the issue. Their response? “We can offer you a ₺100 coupon.” That’s it. No investigation, no accountability—just a lazy and dismissive response to a serious complaint. Not only was I sold a defective product, but I was also treated as if the issue didn’t matter. This is unacceptable from a brand like Starbucks and a major platform like Yemeksepeti. I paid a premium expecting quality but received a potentially harmful product and poor customer service instead. I demand a full explanation, proper resolution of the issue, and compensation for the inconvenience. If not addressed appropriately, I will escalate this through official consumer protection channels. Customers deserve better than this.
