Yapı Kredi Loan Overcharges – Unauthorized Interest and Tax Deductions

I have noticed that high-amount deductions labeled as “interest charges,” “interest tax (BSMV),” and “resource utilization support fund (KKDF)” have been applied on different dates in the account activity of my Yapı Kredi loan (No: 200005972571).

In particular, on March 31, 2026, in addition to my regular loan installment, a significant amount of interest and tax was also charged. The reason for these deductions has not been clearly or transparently explained to me. Since multiple similar tax charges appear on the same day, I suspect there may have been duplicate charges.

I request that the bank conduct a detailed review of all interest, BSMV, and KKDF charges applied from the beginning of my loan to the present. If any incorrect or excessive charges are identified, I demand that all such amounts be fully refunded to me. Otherwise, I will pursue legal action, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
