Yapı Kredi Worldcard Platinum Annual Fee Not Fully Refunded

I use a Yapı Kredi Worldcard Platinum credit card and I have been a Yapı Kredi customer for about 20 years. In March 2026 an annual membership fee of ₺1,420 was charged to my card. After I objected, approximately 75% of this amount was refunded, but a part of the fee was still kept on my card. When I contacted Yapı Kredi customer service, I was told that this fee was charged in accordance with the rules determined by the BRSA. However, as a long‑term and active customer of the bank, I do not find it fair that such a high annual fee is charged and only a partial refund is made. I request that the remaining portion of the ₺1,420 annual membership fee, which has not yet been refunded, be fully returned to my account and that no unfair annual fee deductions be made from my card in the future.
