I am a Yapı Kredi customer and I use internet banking. On 01.01.2026, I discovered that a loan had been taken out in my name through my account without my knowledge or consent, and the loan amount was transferred to another account. This unauthorized transaction is associated with the reference/customer number 200006122184. As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted the bank and submitted a written petition to the branch. However, I have not received any response so far. I also called the call center, but they stated that there was nothing they could do and offered no solution. I request a detailed investigation of the unauthorized loan and the related transfer transactions, a full refund of the unlawfully withdrawn amount, and the prompt resolution of my financial loss and grievance.
