Yapı Kredi Housing Loan Transfer Appraisal Fee Refund Issue

I was contacted by Yapı Kredi Kurttepe Branch by phone regarding transferring my housing loan to their bank. When I stated that I wanted to proceed with the transfer, they charged me an appraisal fee of ₺23,202 on 23.02.2026. However, afterward, they informed me that the loan transfer needed to be approved again, and the process was never completed in any way. As a result of the loan transfer falling through, the high appraisal fee charged to me remained unjustified, and the promises made were not fulfilled, causing me to suffer a grievance. Moreover, I did not sign any contract or document for this transaction and acted solely based on a phone conversation. Therefore, I request that the collected appraisal fee of ₺23,202 be fully refunded to me, or that the housing loan be allocated to Yapı Kredi under the originally stated conditions. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
