Request for Cancellation of Annual Yapi Kredi Bank  Credit Card Fee

I just saw a charge on my Yapı Kredi credit card for 404.50 TL for the annual card fee. The charge has the number 6040 and the date of November 24, 2023. This is why I'm writing: I want this fee to be canceled right away for the following legal reasons, with no other conditions. Financial institutions must offer customers a type of credit card that does not have an annual membership fee or other similar fees, as stated in Article 31, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Law from May 28, 2014. Also, according to Article 6 of Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection, which was changed by Law No. 4822, the annual membership fee your bank charges you is not a reward for any service. As a result, this makes the related contractual term unfair and unenforceable. Referring to the final decision in cases 2011/4736 and 2011/11579 of the 13th Civil Division, it is also clear that the annual card fee can be claimed back. Article 125 of the Turkish Civil Code and the Supreme Court's decision HGK 2010/1-93-88 both support giving back card fees that have already been paid.I kindly ask that the fees I paid be returned, and I urge that this problem be solved quickly. If you don't follow the rules, you could be sued, and I want you to know that I plan to close all of my accounts and credit cards with your bank.
