Opet Worldcard Keeps Changing The Conditions For Earning Points!

I have been using the Yapi Kredi Opet Worldcard for years, which instantly gives 25 liras for 500 liras of fuel purchases due to the card's special features. But Yapi Kredi Bank is constantly adding new conditions to this card's features in violation of the contract! Opet belongs to them, Yapi Kredi belongs to them, and Chippin is theirs, but now they won't give 25 liras if the transaction is made through Chippin. Look, this isn't a campaign; the name of this card is "Opet Worldcard." I purchased this card because it was promised that I would receive these points initially! If I spend 500 liras on fuel with this card, why should it matter where or how I buy it? Isn't Chippin also theirs? They say they can't give me the points I earned on Chippin on October 11th on December 15th, yet they keep pressuring me via email and SMS to become a Chippin member. You join, start shopping, and then they say, "No, not from there." Are they playing with our minds? Does the Koc Group disregard its customers' 25 liras? On 10/24/2023 at 10:57 PM, I spoke with a customer representative, but despite what the representative claims, there is no record of the complaint they said they'd open. Their aim seems to intimidate the customer, assuming they won't follow up or will forget! I spend 30,000 liras a month using your card, yet you require points from me? I'll switch to other banks! Twenty years of profiting from me is sufficient! I reiterate this 25 lira point is not a campaign; it's an inherent feature of the card! You cannot condition this or alter the contract without my consent. Initially, it was 5 liras for 100 liras, then it changed to 5 liras for 125 liras, and subsequently 5 liras for 150 liras. We remained silent. Then it became 10 liras for 250 liras, and again, we stayed silent. But enough is enough! You're not the sole provider of credit card campaigns! I demand that the 25 lira points I rightfully deserve be credited to my card, and action be taken against the customer representative I spoke with on 10/24/2023 at 10:57 PM, who misled me.
