Shell Station Charged My Payment to the Wrong Bank Despite My Clear Instructions

Yesterday, on 07.10.2024, at 20:14, I asked the indifferent person at the cashier of Şekerci Petrol, "Do you have Yapı Kredi?" He said, "Yes." He used my ₺260 points from Yapı Kredi, but charged ₺800 from another bank's POS. Despite me specifically mentioning this, the person did what he wanted. I bought a total of ₺1060 worth of fuel, and even though I clearly stated it, he charged it from another bank's POS. I had asked three other stations and stopped by this one on my way home because they said they had Yapı Kredi. I had purchased from this station before, and the staff had helped me. But this time, they had an indifferent person who wasn’t paying attention. I trusted them and left without checking. When I got home, I realized it had been charged through another bank. It seems like Shell doesn’t take complaints seriously. I found out that there are already many complaints about this station, and I won’t be going there again.
