Fakir Mixypro Blender Was Defective Twice and Released Toxic Smoke

I purchased a Fakir Mixypro blender on November 1, 2024, and the product turned out to be defective. Although I reported the issue to Fakir, the process was unnecessarily delayed for months. I had to make repeated calls, send messages, and follow up numerous times, and only after extensive effort was the product finally replaced. A significant portion of the warranty period also expired during this process. The second device that Fakir sent as a replacement was also defective. As soon as the device was plugged in for the first time, it released heavy smoke and toxic/chemical fumes, causing a blockage/interruption in the electrical system. The incident was captured on camera. As a result, Fakir has sent two defective devices in succession, and we have not been able to properly use even a single device. The second incident was immediately reported to Fakir. Although I specifically requested a written response, I did not even receive a substantive written response. Repeated formal notifications were also submitted to the relevant departments in Türkiye, including legal and senior management, as well as to Fakir's management in Germany. Despite this, the matter is once again being delayed instead of receiving a concrete solution. During our communications with customer service, we also encountered interruptions while speaking, a failure to listen to what was being explained, a lack of appropriate seriousness regarding the product safety incident, and an evasive approach. Our request is clear: Fakir must immediately send an authorized representative to take possession of the device from our security manager, initiate a product safety investigation, and provide a written response to the legal and financial demands previously submitted. Two defective products, months of delays, a serious product safety incident, and the failure to even provide a written response are unacceptable. All of our rights to financial and other compensation, as well as all other legal rights, are expressly reserved. In addition, this matter has been formally reported to the Consumer Arbitration Committee regarding the defective product and warranty dispute, to the Ministry of Industry and Technology regarding the serious product safety incident and market surveillance/inspection, and to CİMER regarding the company's failure to provide a substantive written response or a concrete solution despite repeated formal notifications. All camera footage, correspondence, and notification records related to these applications are being preserved.
