Telegram Account Reactivation Request Remains Unresolved

I have been unable to access my Telegram account on my Android phone for about one month because my phone number is shown as “banned.” I do not know the reason for this ban and I did not receive any prior warning or explanation from Telegram. I have tried to contact Telegram support regarding this situation, but so far I have not received any response. My account contains my contacts and important conversations, and I am currently unable to use it. I kindly request that my Telegram account associated with this banned number be reactivated as soon as possible, or that I at least receive a clear explanation of the reason for the ban and how it can be resolved.
