Points Unusable and Unjust Charge After Card Closure
With my İş Bank credit card and debit card, I earned ₺726 in points after making significant purchases, but for over a month I haven’t been able to use these points anywhere. I tried at supermarkets, gas stations, and other places, yet the points are not accepted during payments. My customer number is 086860121, and I live in İzmir Çiğli. I reported the issue to customer service multiple times, and each time I was told my points are active, usable, and without restrictions, but no real solution has been offered—only that I should wait. During this time, I’ve been unable to benefit from my ₺726 points and had to borrow money with interest from elsewhere. Additionally, on September 19, 2025, a ₺1,500 charge appeared for a purchase on a credit card that I had already closed on September 13, 2025. Customer service repeatedly admits I am right, yet no action is taken. I have faced similar mistakes for years, and the lack of proper support continues to cause me stress and wasted time. I request that my points be credited as cash to my card and the unjust ₺1,500 charge be refunded to resolve my grievance.
