Xsolla Unauthorized Roblox Charges – Refund Request

On June 12, 2025, two separate charges of $19.99 each were made to my credit card account through Xsolla, connected to the game Roblox. These purchases were processed without my permission or consent, and I had no involvement in authorizing them.

This is a clear case of unauthorized billing, and it has caused me both financial and personal stress. I have never shared my payment details with anyone else, nor did I knowingly approve any subscription or recurring payment tied to Roblox via Xsolla.

I am requesting the immediate refund of both $19.99 transactions and confirmation that no further unauthorized charges will occur. If the refund is not processed promptly, I will be forced to pursue legal action against Xsolla for unauthorized use of my credit card.
