Xsolla Charged My Credit Card Without Permission – Urgent Refund Request

On February 7, 2025, I noticed an unauthorized charge of ₺562.79 on my credit card from Xsolla. I have not made any purchases, and this transaction was processed without my consent.
I demand an immediate response and a full refund, as I should not be charged for something I did not authorize. This situation has caused financial inconvenience, and I expect Xsolla to investigate this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
