Xsolla Charged My Account Without Permission Through Roblox
On January 24, between 05:20 and 05:27 AM, Xsolla unauthorizedly withdrew two payments from my account via Roblox—one for 600₺ and another for 1,870.86₺.
My 7-year-old grandchild was playing on my phone and likely pressed a button by mistake, but that doesn’t justify Xsolla charging my account without my explicit consent. This is a serious issue, and I expect a full refund immediately.
If my money is not refunded, I will take legal action against Xsolla for unauthorized transactions. This type of forced payment without proper verification is unacceptable.
