Xsolla Unauthorized Credit Card Charges Totaling ₺3,908.79 Without My Consent
On August 7, 2025, my credit card was compromised and used for three unauthorized transactions through Xsolla, totaling ₺3,908.79. I did not authorize these purchases, nor do I even have an Xsolla account. I never received any confirmation emails, SMS codes, or approval notifications related to these charges—only a bank alert after the money had already been deducted.
That same evening, I immediately canceled my credit card and contacted my bank’s customer service to dispute the transactions. I also visited my local branch in person to submit a written dispute form. My bank confirmed that the transactions appear as one-time charges, not as subscriptions or recurring payments. Still, I was given no details about which platform, game, or application these charges were linked to.
This situation has caused me significant stress and financial loss. I demand that Xsolla and my bank take responsibility for these fraudulent charges. The payments should be reversed immediately, and I expect a full refund of ₺3,908.79 without further delay.
Customers should not be left vulnerable to unauthorized transactions, especially when no verification steps were taken during the payment process. I urge Xsolla to strengthen its fraud prevention systems and provide transparent communication to affected users.
