On May 17, 2025 at 8:19 PM, my credit card was charged three separate times by XSOLLA under the Roblox name, and I did not authorize any of these purchases. The charges were for ₺411, ₺411, and $15 USD, and all were done without my knowledge or consent.
I never approved these transactions, and I wasn’t even using Roblox at the time. This is a clear case of unauthorized use, and I’m demanding an immediate refund of the full amount.
I’ve already reached out for support, and if this issue is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. I expect a platform like Roblox and its payment partner XSOLLA to have stronger security measures in place to prevent unauthorized transactions like this.
