Around 9:00 a.m. this morning, I noticed that Xsolla Roblox withdrew money from my account twice, with each transaction being ₺789, without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize these charges, I did not make any purchases, and yet a significant amount of money was taken from my account.
This situation is unacceptable and feels like outright fraud. Customers should never have to worry about unauthorized withdrawals from companies they have not approved transactions with. If my money is not refunded immediately, I will have no choice but to file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office.
I demand that Xsolla refund both unauthorized ₺789 charges immediately and provide clear assurance that such transactions will not occur again. Failing to resolve this issue not only causes financial harm but also destroys customer trust.
