Xsolla shows as a subscription on my card—how can I confirm it’s not recurring billing?

It's possible for Xsolla charges to show up on bank bills as subscriptions when they're actually just one-time payments for games.

To be sure, look in your email for a receipt of your buy. Xsolla always sends one, and it will say whether it was a one-time transaction or a subscription that will run again and again.

If you're not sure, use the same email address that was used for the charge to log in to the Xsolla Customer Portal or Xsolla Wallet.

You can see what subscriptions are current, see when they're due to be billed, and cancel them if you need to.

If it doesn't show up, it was probably a one-time buy that was just marked as "recurring" by your bank.

To be safe, you can also use the Help Center chat to ask Xsolla support to check, and ask for written proof that there are no recurring charges.
