Xsolla charged my VakıfBank credit card two times consecutively without my permission, despite the fact that I never entered or authorized the verification code. I am baffled by how this transaction went through without my consent. I reached out to the bank, hoping they would safeguard my account, but instead, they permitted these unauthorized charges to occur. I've found myself in a tough spot due to both Xsolla and VakıfBank, and now I'm struggling to get my money back. I relied on my bank to safeguard against unauthorized transactions, but they let me down. I am requesting a complete refund along with a clear explanation of how this situation occurred.
