Unauthorized Charge on Xsolla Twitch, No SMS Confirmation, Requesting Refund

Hello, I hope you’re doing well. On September 21, 2021, two unauthorized transactions were made through Xsolla Twitch using my VakıfBank credit card without my knowledge or consent. No SMS confirmation was sent or approved for these charges. A total of ₺1756 was taken from my account, and I demand an immediate refund from this company. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take legal action against the responsible parties. I expect a swift resolution and full refund of the unauthorized charges.
