Money Was Taken From My Account Without Permission - No Help From VakıfBank
A fee was taken from my VakıfBank account without my consent. I reached out to customer service to thoroughly explain the issue, seeking clarity on the situation. They didn't provide any explanation or assistance; they just canceled my card and disabled it entirely. After everything, they instructed me to “visit the branch.” If that was the conclusive response, why not communicate that upfront and spare everyone the hassle? I spent my whole day without being able to access my account. It's truly frustrating to be passed around without any solution in sight. If the customer representatives are just going to send me to someone else, what’s the purpose of even making the call? I anticipated greater responsibility from a prominent bank.
