Xsolla Double Charged Me ₺515.13 On 101 Okey Plus Without My Authorization
On August 7, I made a payment of ₺515.13 through Xsolla with my credit card for the game 101 Okey Plus. The payment was processed successfully, and I received confirmation under receipt number 522222**. However, to my surprise, the same amount was charged a second time to my card without my authorization. The duplicate, unauthorized charge appears under receipt number 521967**.
When I checked my bank statement, I clearly saw two separate transactions of ₺515.13. This means I was billed twice for the same purchase. I immediately contacted both Xsolla and 101 Okey Plus customer service, but so far I have received no response or resolution from either party.
This situation is unacceptable. Customers should not have to pay twice for a single purchase, nor should they be ignored when reporting such a serious issue.
I demand a full refund of the extra ₺515.13 that was wrongly taken from my account and expect an apology for the inconvenience caused. Trust can only be restored if the mistake is corrected quickly and transparently.
