On October 20, 2025, I opened a new XM Global account using the email address k*********@outlook.com**. My account number is #82761527, and I initially deposited $170, which I quickly increased to $600 through trading. However, when I attempted to make a withdrawal request, I received a warning saying that my email password was incorrect. I also tried logging in via Hotmail to verify, but I couldn’t complete the authentication.
When I tried to reset my password for the withdrawal process, I noticed that my registered phone number (054****6700) still appeared in the system, yet I didn’t receive any verification code, leaving me unable to access my account.
I contacted XM Global customer service and requested a phone call, but they said they were unable to make one. I had already submitted my ID and verification documents previously. My account currently holds a balance of $450, and I urgently need to withdraw this amount. I ask that my issue be resolved immediately and my account access restored so I can recover my funds.
