I Lost Access to My XM Email and Can’t Trade—Support Ignores My Verified Requests

I’ve lost access to the email address linked to my XM account, and now I can’t log in because I’m not receiving the email verification codes. I submitted a detailed and documented request days ago to update my email address, but XM support has done nothing but stall.

Despite following their instructions and sending all required documents, they still haven’t resolved the issue. I’m completely locked out of my account, unable to manage my funds or trade, and they’re not taking my situation seriously.

My registered email was Fr******@outlook.com**, and I’ve been left with no access, no help, and no timeline for resolution. XM, stop delaying and update my email now. I’m being unfairly blocked from my own account, and it’s unacceptable.
