XM Global is supposed to be one of the most reputable and “trusted” forex brokers in the world, but my experience so far has been deeply disappointing. On April 4, 2024, I transferred ₺7,000 via Yapı Kredi Bankası to fund my trading account. It’s now well past the 24-hour window they promised, and my money is still missing.
My XM ID is 351077032. I reached out, and they initially said the money would be deposited within 24 hours. Instead, I woke up to an email saying the deposit is “still under review.” That’s it. No explanation, no resolution—just delays.
I’m incredibly frustrated and losing trust fast. If this is how XM Global handles small transactions, I can’t imagine the chaos if I had sent a larger amount. Thank goodness I didn’t fund a bigger amount upfront.
XM Global, I demand immediate action. Credit my ₺7,000 without further delay or provide a full refund. This level of service is unacceptable from a broker claiming global trust and transparency.
