I eagerly purchased the Xiaomi Note 12 phone from the Vodafone store on Cengiz Topel Street in Eyupsultan a few months ago. Despite being a loyal Samsung user, I was enticed by its camera and storage capabilities and decided to give it a shot. I had no idea it would turn out to be a bad decision. The salesperson convinced me it was worth 10,000 TL, but it ended up being 12,000 TL after installments. Nonetheless, I rationalized, "Okay, phones are expensive these days, and it's a good device after all." But boy, was I mistaken! The slightest task causes this phone to freeze. I took it to another Vodafone store in the hopes of getting a software update, but they just told me to wait. It's now July 6th, and the phone has only gotten worse. I can't receive phone calls, the camera freezes when I try to take photos, and the keyboard randomly shuts down. Just as I'm about to share a video on social media, the phone goes dead again. These are just a few of my gripes. What kind of phone is this, Xiaomi? I want my money back. I can't take the stress and frustration of using this phone any longer.
