I am filing a complaint regarding 1win for non-delivery of digital services and unjustified withholding of my funds. On May 30, 2026, at 16:56, I initiated a deposit of 10,000 UZS to fund my platform account. The bank transfer was successfully executed and completed, but the amount has not been reflected in my 1win balance. The official banking receipt confirms the successful transaction with Transaction Number 76838786950. The funds were sent by MUHRIDDIN IBRAGI*** from a card ending in 3953 to the company’s designated recipient account under the name I.U.A, with a card ending in 9356. Despite having clear proof that the payment was completed, my platform balance remains at zero. At this point, 1win is retaining my money without providing the digital service I paid for, which I consider a violation of consumer rights. I demand that the finance department manually verify the above transaction number against their receiving records and immediately credit the missing 10,000 UZS to my account balance without any further delay, or alternatively, refund the full amount to the original payment method.

"The problem has been successfully resolved. After I published this complaint, the finance team manually reviewed the Solana network records and confirmed the receipt of my transfer. They admitted there was a technical synchronization delay on their payment gateway. The 800 USDT has now been successfully added to my platform balance, and the case can be closed."

"The issue has been successfully resolved. Following this complaint, the finance department reached out and requested my bank receipt. After a manual review, they confirmed that the funds were indeed received but the system failed to update the status due to a synchronization error with the Vip Havale gateway. The 250 TRY deposit was manually credited to my account, and I can now use my balance."
