Xiaomi Water Dispenser Turns On but I Cannot Get Any Water

I’ve been using a Xiaomi water dispenser for two years now, and I’ve encountered the same problem that many others have reported. The device turns on, the light is illuminated, and it seems to be operating correctly via the app—but the water pump is completely non-functional. It seems to be running, but nothing is coming out. I haven't reached out to customer service yet, and honestly, I'm not even certain if there's a specific service available for this product. It’s really frustrating to have a device that appears to work but fails at its simplest function. Having invested in a product like this, I anticipated it would endure longer without any issues. I really hope Xiaomi steps up with solid support and a straightforward solution.
