Xiaomi Note 12 Constant System Errors

I bought the Xiaomi Note 12 phone about a month ago because I wanted to make my life easier by using just one device for my two SIM cards. But, I really regret my decision. The phone has a lot of problems like system errors, freezing, lagging, and shutting down on its own, which makes it really hard to use. I've tried different online solutions to fix these problems, but I haven't had any success. I hate this phone now and I need help from Xiaomi Turkey. If we don't find a solution soon, I'm thinking about burying the phone in the ground.
