Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro Lost Voice After Update – No Fix from Support
My Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro suddenly stopped making any sound after a Xiaomi update. I’ve done all the necessary cleaning and maintenance, yet the robot no longer gives any voice notifications—no charging alerts, no warnings, nothing. When I contacted support, they admitted it was a technical issue caused by the update, but they also refused to fix it.
How can Xiaomi disable a key feature with an update and then take no responsibility? This was a fully functional device before their software change! I expect Xiaomi to provide a solution or a proper fix immediately. Has anyone else faced this issue? Xiaomi needs to take responsibility and support its customers!
