Xiaomi Refused to Fix My Xiaomi 13t Bootloop Issue Despite Proof and Charged Me

February 4, 2025 6:35 PM106

Hello, I bought a Xiaomi 13t from Hepsiburada and it started to malfunction after 6 months. Due to the marriage period, I sent an 8-month-old phone to the service after 2 months due to a bootloop error, they sent it back saying there was no error, the software was discarded. I received the phone and after using it for a while, it started to give the same error. The phone was constantly rebooting itself and it was trying to start the system for about 2.30 hours and it would not turn on. I returned the phone to the service and they said there was no error, the software was downloaded and sent. This time, I added videos to prove the error. It was done in the phone at least once a week and long use was required. I added the videos I took into the phone and had the store personnel add them to the application form. After I added the videos and images of the errors, Xiaomi charged me, saying that we were demanding a repair fee because the phone was damaged. Friends, I am talking about a brand that does not stand behind its phones, do not pass by it if possible.
