SBI Has Not Properly Credited My Online Transfers Totaling ₹1,74,000

I hold a savings account and a credit card with State Bank of India, and I am facing an unresolved issue with three online transfers that have not been reflected correctly. On 7 May I transferred an amount of ₹1,30,000, on 8 May I transferred ₹4,000, and on 1 June I transferred ₹40,000 to my SBI accounts. These transactions were made through online transfer. From my sending bank’s side, all three transactions show as successfully completed and the amounts have been debited from my other bank. However, the corresponding credits are still not properly visible in my SBI savings account and credit card. When I contacted the bank and credit card customer care, I was informed that the money is shown as successfully sent to the receiver, but in practice I am not able to see or use these amounts as expected in my SBI accounts. I request State Bank of India to urgently trace these three online transfers, confirm where the funds are lying, and ensure that the full amounts are correctly credited to my SBI savings account and credit card without any further delay. If there is any error or hold on these transactions, I also request a written explanation and correction at the earliest.
