My Turkcell Xiaomi Note 14 Has Sound & Freezing Issues
I am absolutely furious with Turkcell! I bought a Xiaomi Note 14 phone through their application, and it immediately developed a sound problem, then the phone froze and shut down on its own. I still haven't received any follow-up from them. They keep saying I'll be called, but I'm just waiting indefinitely.
I acquired this phone by adding the cost to my bill, and I suspect they're just refurbishing old, defective units and selling them as "new." This device is clearly faulty.
Turkcell, you need to rectify this immediately! Fix the sound problem and the freezing issues on my Xiaomi Note 14. This is unacceptable for a phone I'm paying for through my bill. Provide a solution now, or replace this defective device!
