I recently purchased a Redmi Note 11 Pro phone, and within a month of use, I have encountered serious performance issues. My phone frequently freezes, causing videos to play in slow motion and games to lag. Even basic tasks like browsing Facebook are hindered by slow page transitions. This is unacceptable for a phone with 11 GB of RAM and should not be happening. Despite reaching out to customer service and opening a ticket, I have yet to receive a response or resolution to this problem. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this product and the lack of customer support provided by the company. I demand that the problem be permanently resolved or that I receive a full refund for my purchase. I will not accept a subpar product and poor customer service, and I will not hesitate to take legal action if this issue is not resolved promptly. I urge other customers to be cautious when considering purchasing a Redmi Note 11 Pro and to expect better quality and service from a reputable brand.
