Xiaomi Note 11 Pro Freezes and Functions Weakly As Opposed to Promises

I purchased the Xiaomi Note 11 Pro. I am completely dissatisfied; it freezes when you play a game, and the battery goes out in a day without being used; it is insufficient, and it does not carry the characteristics that were advertised to me in any way. I requested a replacement because the phone was just a week old, but they claimed they couldn't detect a flaw! I had an issue with the button, everything is broken, and I need a new one. Never, ever am I content! They didn't even swap it. They grabbed my money right away when they sold it, but they said it was fine, but my phone arrived damaged. It freezes for no apparent reason. The touch buttons are difficult to press, and it only lasts a day. The phone is broken! I'm not going to take it any other way.
