I Face Freezing and Lagging Problem on Redmi Note 14 Pro

On September 28, I filed a complaint regarding my Redmi Note 14 Pro, but I still haven’t received any response. I purchased the device in April from MediaMarkt, and it is covered by both the manufacturer’s warranty and an additional one-year insurance plan.

About two months after purchasing the phone, it began experiencing freezing and lagging issues. The device freezes even while typing messages, and this happens almost every time I use it. I sent the phone to the authorized service center, but it was returned with a note stating that no issue was found. However, the problem persists, and I am highly dissatisfied with the product’s performance.

I request that my issue be resolved immediately and that I receive a full refund for the device. I paid ₺24,000 in a single credit card transaction, and I expect my grievance to be addressed as soon as possible.
