After doing some math, decided to switch providers, to save money. after canceling, I realized something wasn't right. They promised me a discount on my internet, free movie channels, and more to stay with them. It seemed too good to be true. called back to find out what happened and spoke to the R**** store manager. well, he shut me down like I was imagining things. crazy! Are customers really that hard to be honest with? I recommend recording or writing down your Xfinity conversations. People, black and white! So if something goes wrong, you have proof. It shouldn't be this way, not scaring anyone, but be careful. Please research, ask questions, and document everything. You may avoid a major issue later.

And don't even get me started on customer service. Need to change something tiny? Forget about it! You'...

Now it's just "this is how we price things"? They keep sending notifications about "upgrades" and whatnot, but a surprise price hi...
