Dyson Customer Service Fails to Resolve Delay on Paid Order

On November 24, 2025, I ordered a Dyson V10 Cyclone Absolute from Dyson’s official website and paid $390 in installments by credit card. Although about a month has passed since then, the product still has not been delivered to me, and my order (number 910903251288) still shows as undelivered.
During this time, I have called Dyson’s official customer service 7–8 times on different days, and each time I was told that an investigation had been opened, that my complaint was forwarded to the appropriate department, and that I would be called back. However, I have never received any follow-up information, and the product still has not been shipped or delivered.
I request the immediate delivery of the Dyson V10 Cyclone Absolute order that I have already paid for, without any further delay, and I expect this matter to be resolved urgently with clear written information provided to me.
