I am using 1win from India under game ID 61054278, and recently requested two withdrawals that have still not been credited to my bank accounts. One withdrawal of 21,000 was requested on the 18th, and the other withdrawal of 35,000 was requested one day ago. Both are still showing as “pending” in the system, and the money has not arrived in my Central Bank and HDFC Bank accounts. I contacted 1win customer support several times about these pending withdrawals, but they keep giving the same answer that my request has been moved to the team, without any clear explanation of the delay or a solution. I request that both withdrawal amounts be immediately credited to my respective bank accounts and that I receive a clear explanation for this delay. If possible, I also expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
