Xfinity Internet Bill Jumped Nearly Half More In Six Months

My internet bill just jumped nearly 30% in the past six months, and I'm not seeing any explanation! Remember all those sweet discounts and offers when I first signed up? Now it's just "this is how we price things"? They keep sending notifications about "upgrades" and whatnot, but a surprise price hike isn't an upgrade! Maybe it's time to ditch the cable and all that extra stuff. Sticking with internet only might be the way to go if Xfinity can't explain this jump. of course they do with some shady words but playing with our minds and trying to get our money like that!!! how not nice!!
