18Give Xfinity money and get nothing in return. Everything is automated, and it never works! Who wants to spend all day messing with their own internet when they're paying for someone else to do it? And don't even get me started on customer service. Need to change something tiny? Forget about it! You're on hold forever, even though they clearly know how many calls they get each day. It feels like they'd rather save money on staff and robots than actually help people. They don't care about my time, and it's super frustrating. On a scale of 1 to "swimming in poop," Xfinity gets a big, fat 1. If you have any other choices, RUN AWAY from this company! Seriously, trust me!
