Xfinity Slow Speed Is Free Next To Connecting And Billing Problems

I've been a customer for years, but lately, it's been nothing but trouble. Despite paying for 800 Mbps, I'm lucky if I get a fraction of that. Swapping modems hasn't helped one bit. And don't get me started on their billing system – even after canceling, they still want to charge me for another cycle. Returning equipment didn't help either; they claim it takes ages to update their records. It's a nightmare dealing with their customer support, too. Goodbye, Xfinity's service has gone downhill fast! you won't be missed!
