Xbox Series X Arrived Defective, No Support for Return or Replacement

I received my Microsoft Türkiye-guaranteed Xbox Series X console yesterday, purchased from A101. Upon unboxing and starting the setup process, I repeatedly encountered a "Something went wrong" error message. Despite following all troubleshooting steps provided on Microsoft's website, the issue persisted.
When I attempted to return the product, both A101 and Microsoft refused to take responsibility. A101 stated they couldn't process the return without a service report, while Microsoft informed me they don't provide such documentation. Even more frustrating, Microsoft offered to replace the console with a refurbished unit rather than a brand-new device.
As a customer, I'm stuck between two companies refusing to acknowledge their fault in selling a defective product. I demand an immediate resolution, including a full refund for the faulty console. This issue must be addressed urgently!
