Xbox Controller Right Stick Defect Persists After Multiple Warranty Replacements

The right analog stick on my Xbox Series X controller has malfunctioned. I’ve already sent the product to Microsoft for repair twice under warranty, and both times, a replacement controller was sent back to me — yet the same issue persists with every replacement. The controller I currently have also has a faulty right analog stick, meaning this problem keeps repeating itself. It’s been two weeks, and I keep receiving defective devices.

I contacted Microsoft Customer Support, but all they told me was that I could open another repair request. They didn’t offer any alternative solution. From what I was told, if new units are unavailable, Microsoft sends refurbished ones instead — and it seems that no brand-new controllers are being sent to Turkey.

At this point, I want a permanent solution. I’m requesting a fully functional, brand-new replacement controller to finally resolve this ongoing issue.
