Xbox Series S Won't Turn On – No Response from Microsoft for Warranty Repair

Hello, I still have nearly a year and a half left on my warranty for my Xbox Series S, but the device suddenly stopped turning on. I submitted a service request for repair, and the status showed "scheduled for pickup." However, over a month has passed with no further updates or courier pickup. I've repeatedly tried to contact Microsoft Turkey, but no one answers. I feel completely stranded with no support from the brand I trusted. I need a prompt response from Microsoft regarding the status of my warranty repair and a clear timeline for when my device will be picked up and serviced. Please address this urgently.
