Microsoft Xbox Series X Warranty Concerns and Renewed Device Issue

My Xbox Series X console is now with me. I've been using it for around a year. I recently began experiencing freezing issues with the gadget. I tried using it in this condition for a while longer, but when the problem persisted, I created a service ticket and forwarded it to them. The next day, I received a new device. (At least, I assumed it was a new device.) I put up the new gadget, but I discovered that it was more faulty than the one I submitted. I issued another service ticket for the gadget and returned it to the service. Meanwhile, I called the support line because I didn't anticipate the new device would have such troubles. They informed me that the item was not new, but rather reconditioned from previously defective units. In other words, they shipped a refurbished smartphone. When I inquired why they had such a policy, they stated that in Turkey, if you have any problems with your equipment within 10 days of purchase, you can obtain a replacement with a refurbished model. They further stated that by purchasing the item, we accepted these terms.
When purchasing a product for ₺30,000, it's important to evaluate the associated risk. They regard Turkey to be a third-class country. There is no help, and finding an authorized individual to fix your problem is impossible.
