Xbox Warranty Replacement Sent Me a Used, Faulty Controller Instead of a New One

I sent my Xbox controller to Microsoft Türkiye for a warranty claim. Before shipping, I called customer support to ask about the process, and they clearly stated that since there is no repair service in Turkey, they would replace it with a brand-new unit.
After waiting 10 days, I received a used controller instead of a new one—it even had visible stains and was still defective! When I called customer service again, they admitted that there were no new controllers in Turkey and that they had sent me a repaired or used unit from abroad.
Now, they’ve created another service request, but I’m being told I’ll likely face the same issue again. This is unacceptable from a company like Microsoft! I demand a genuine, brand-new replacement, as promised. Microsoft, honor your warranty commitments!
