I Can’t Access My Microsoft Account and Get No Help Resetting My Password

I’ve been locked out of my Microsoft account for over two weeks because I forgot my password and recently changed my phone number. Since the old number is no longer active, I can’t receive the verification code needed to reset my password.
I’ve submitted the account recovery form multiple times, carefully filling out every detail to prove my identity—but I haven’t received any response at all. I also tried contacting Microsoft’s live support, and they either redirect me to the same broken process or completely ignore the issue. No one seems willing to take responsibility or provide real help.
This is incredibly frustrating. I’ve had this account for years and use it for important services, emails, and documents. Being locked out is not only inconvenient—it’s damaging to my productivity and peace of mind.
Microsoft, you need to do better. A company of your size should offer a clear, responsive, and reliable recovery process for users who lose access to both their passwords and old phone numbers. I need immediate help regaining access to my account. Stop sending users in circles and provide real, human support when it matters most.
