I Can’t Access My Xbox Account—Verification Code Never Arrives

I’ve been completely locked out of both my Hotmail and Xbox accounts, and I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve been trying since this morning to log in, but I’m not receiving any verification code on my recovery contact. This is my account—I am the rightful owner—and yet I can’t get past the login screen.

No matter how many times I try, the system refuses to accept my password and insists on sending a code I never receive. Without access to my Hotmail, I can’t verify my identity, and as a result, I’m also locked out of my Xbox account and unable to play any of my games.

I’ve never encountered something this ridiculous. There’s no real support, no way to talk to someone, and no options that actually help restore my access. I feel completely helpless and ignored, despite having done nothing wrong.

Microsoft must take accountability for this broken verification process. I expect immediate assistance to regain access to both my Hotmail and Xbox accounts. The lack of access and support is unacceptable and has already caused significant inconvenience.
