Microsoft Locked My Account and I Cannot Use Xbox Anymore

My Microsoft account was randomly locked, and as a result, I lost access to all my Xbox account, games, and other data. I can’t recover my email address, and I’ve tried everything to rescue my account, but phone verification codes and other recovery methods don’t work. I even filled out the account recovery form multiple times, but it keeps getting rejected. It feels really unfair to lose years of game progress and purchases without any proper explanation. How can I recover my email address and Xbox games if Microsoft can randomly lock an account like this?
